Omnichannel selling

Omnichannel POS on one stock ledger

Omnichannel selling on iVendNext, the open retail platform. An omnichannel POS sells what is in any store or online, and iVendNext keeps your stores and your web store on one stock ledger, so a customer can buy in one place and collect or receive in another.

Buy here, collect there

Omnichannel retail software for the way customers buy

Your stores and your web store sell from the same stock, so staff can promise what is really there.

Endless aisle

When the store has run out, staff check live stock in your other stores and sell the item anyway, to be delivered to the customer or collected where it is.

Click and collect

Web orders a store must pick and hand over wait on one board, and each delivery records who collected it.

Orders with a deposit

Layaway and customer orders take a deposit at the till, and the balance is paid when the goods are collected or delivered.

One stock with your web store

With the WooCommerce connector, products, prices and stock go to your web store, and orders, customers and refunds come back. Other web stores connect over the API.

One order, start to finish

How an online order reaches a customer's hands

  1. Ordered online. The order arrives from your web store into iVendNext, against the stock of the store that will fulfil it.
  2. Picked. Staff pick it from the store's board of web orders to prepare.
  3. Collected or delivered. The customer collects it in store, and the delivery records who took it, or it goes out for delivery.
  4. One stock. Every step posts to the same stock ledger the stores sell from, so the web store and the tills see the same figures.
Across the platform

Omnichannel POS software that knows the customer

Web store customers land in the same customer record the till uses. Staff see a customer's history, tier and loyalty at the sale, and find returns against the original sale.

Questions

Questions about omnichannel selling

Can customers buy online and collect in store?

Yes. Web orders for collection wait on the store's board until they are picked, and the delivery records who collected each one.

Do the web store and the stores share one stock?

Yes. Online orders land in the same stock ledger the stores sell from, and with the WooCommerce connector the web store receives your products, prices and stock.

Can staff sell an item the store has run out of?

Yes. Staff check live stock in your other stores and sell the item for delivery or for collection where it is in stock.

Who sets it up, and what does it cost to start?

An iVendNext partner sets it up with your team, and we introduce you to the right partner for your country. The cost depends on your stores and your web store, so talk to us.
