What this release is really about?
Three things changed at once. Each one would be a release on its own.
Intelligent
The new iVendNext AI & Automation category. Three AI modules and a workflow automation node. Bring your own model, keep your own data.
Extensible
The new iVendNext Marketplace Apps category. Certified integrations, statutory localizations, and add-on apps — installed natively, inheriting platform security.
Compliant
Production-ready in Kenya, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico. Four country-specific modules, distributed through the Marketplace.
The new iVendNext AI & Automation.
Three AI modules plus the n8n Node for workflow automation. The AI modules run on a Bring-Your-Own-Key model — connect your own AI provider account, iVendNext never holds the key. Licensed separately from the core platform.
Introducing iVendNext Marketplace.
A new category that opens iVendNext to certified integrations, statutory localizations, and add-on apps. Customers browse and subscribe from a central marketplace at cloud.ivendnext.com.

One platform, an ecosystem of apps.
Apps installed via the Marketplace integrate natively into iVendNext and inherit its security, role, and audit model — no parallel system to manage, no shadow data to reconcile.
The four country-specific compliance and payment modules in this release — Kenya M-Pesa, Kenya eTIMS, KSA ZATCA, and Mexico Localization.

Three new modules.
Optional Modules that ship with this release. Each runs on the same data model, the same configuration, the same ledger.

CRM, built into the same record.
Lead capture from email, spreadsheet, or manual entry. Configurable pipeline stages. Auto-assignment rules that balance workloads. Marketing campaigns built and sent from inside iVendNext, each tied back to leads and opportunities for measurable ROI. Real-time pipeline visibility without exporting a single spreadsheet.

Light Manufacturing.
Multi-level BOMs support both production and kit selling at POS. A kit scans as one item while its components are deducted from inventory. Work orders can be created from sales orders or production plans, with quality inspection, production planning, and a manufacturing dashboard included.

WhatsApp, in every transaction.
Order confirmations, delivery updates, payment reminders, and receipts — dispatched automatically when the business event happens inside iVendNext. Campaigns built and Meta-approved from inside Desk. Inbound replies captured against the customer record. Meta Cloud API and WASender supported in parallel.
Five things you asked for in Retail.
Available to every existing Retail customer. No new modules to license.
Quotation → Order → Delivery
Park a transaction as a Quotation, convert to Sales Order with advance payment, fulfil from any store with available stock.
Coupon Issue
Promotions issue serialised coupons automatically. Central ledger tracks redemption per store and conversion in real time.
Barcode Masking
One scan extracts item code, price, quantity, serial, and batch. Configurable masks, silent fallback to standard barcodes.
Sales Person Assignment
Auto, manual, or barcode. Commission splits in Total or Each mode, with tiered brackets and group overrides.
Face Detection Login
Cashiers sign in by looking at the camera. Liveness detection plus server-side face matching. No password required.
Production-ready in four new geographies.
Four country-specific modules ship with Version 2.0, distributed through the new iVendNext Marketplace Apps. Each addresses a statutory requirement in its jurisdiction.
