  • Payables and payment runs
  • Financial and statutory reporting
  • Your item, price and customer lists

Store depth

What iVendNext adds to NetSuite

NetSuite stays the system your finance team knows. iVendNext adds the store floor and the stockroom, built for retail chains with many stores.

One POS on till, tablet and phone

The same iVendNext POS on a counter till, a tablet and a phone, so staff learn one screen. It keeps selling when the network drops and catches up when it returns, and approvals arrive on the manager's own phone.

Stock work where the stock sits

iVendNext Handheld receives deliveries against the purchase order, moves stock, counts shelves and picks orders on a phone or a rugged scanner, on the same stock ledger the stores sell from.

Loyalty, promotions and payments

Earn and redeem loyalty points, run promotions and sell gift cards at every till, and take card terminals and mobile money, M-Pesa included, through your own payment provider.

Fiscal rules for your market

Tax and e-invoicing rules are configured per country, with country modules such as ZATCA in Saudi Arabia, eTIMS in Kenya and CFDI in Mexico, and partners build modules for other markets with the kit.

NetSuite POS questions

NetSuite POS is ending: your questions

What is ending, and from when?

NetSuite POS and SuiteCommerce InStore. NetSuite announced their end of life in February 2026; neither is licensed to new customers, and support ends on 31 January 2029, as NetSuite advisers and partners reported during 2026.

What are my options?

Move everything to another system, add another vendor's POS to NetSuite, or keep NetSuite for the books and run the stores on a platform connected to it. iVendNext is the third: NetSuite keeps the books and iVendNext runs the stores.

Can I keep NetSuite for the books and change only the stores?

Yes. iVendNext connects to NetSuite, takes your items, prices and customers from it, and posts every store sale, return and payment back.

How does a move work?

Store by store. Each store moves on a date you choose, your partner plans the order with you, and NetSuite keeps the books throughout.

Will my stores stop selling during the move?

No. Each store moves on its own date, and the others keep selling on what they run today. iVendNext POS itself keeps selling when the network drops.

What does it cost to start?
