Do I need to be an ERP partner?
No. Solution Partners are retail implementers, software houses and web agencies of every kind. An ERP partner can join as either type.
Which type should I choose?
Choose the one that fits how you work today. If you sell, implement or build, choose Solution Partner. If you bring deals and keep your own systems in place, choose Referral Partner, and grow into a Solution Partner when you build a retail practice.
Will CitiXsys compete with me for the work?
Customisation is your business, and we say in advance what we build. We build the platform, the standard version of shared needs and the connectors that open a channel for many partners at once; everything else is yours. We connect only global vendors; every local ERP and system is yours to connect. Where your listed app already answers a need, we build no free app against it. Our partner team takes you through how we work together.
What do I need to know to build?
Any language your team already uses. Your code runs on your own server or on iVendNext App Hosting, and talks to iVendNext through a published API. The kit, its samples and its guide are open on GitHub, and your AI coding assistant can use them too.
I sell iVend Retail. Can I bring my customers to iVendNext?
Yes, when you and your customer choose to. Where iVendNext connects to the customer's ERP, the stores move while the ERP stays in place.
